Bedouin version of a turducken?

In the southern USA there is a dish called turducken which is a deboned chicken stuffed into a deboned duck, which is in turn stuffed into a deboned turkey.

The Bedouin have a dish which is a roast camel that is stuffed with a sheep's carcass, which is stuffed with chickens, which are stuffed with fish, which are stuffed with eggs. Mmmmmm goooood.

Yes, a whole camel. :cheers:

I'd originally posted a photo of the dish, but after a bit, I thought better of it and took it down. It's not for everybody. Below is one version of the recipe...
