'The Hobbit' Blu-Ray

Pre-Ordered my 'The Hobbit' Blu-Ray from Amazon today.

I've still not seen the film... I know... :thud:

What should I expect (apart from an Extended Version later in the year..)?

Check out The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey - 1st Trailer, beginning with page 28 of posts in Fantasy Movies. I think that should help :) .

I've seen it. And I liked it (much more in 2D than in 3D). :D

The 3D was okay for 'The Hobbit' - and nobody was more surprised than me :/ . And we saw 'STARTREK: Into Darkness' last Friday (the Honey wanted 3D, so that's what we did.)

It's a lot - a lot more intense than 'An Unexpected Journey'. Stuff flying out at your face, loud noises accompanied by stuff flying out at your face, - mass hysteria! It was good, I loved it. Plenty of nods to the original series, Benedict Cumberbatch, terrific characters, Benedict Cumberbatch, nifty effects, Benedict Cumberbatch...did I mention Benedict Cumberbatch?
