I am so looking forward to tomorrow night!!!!! According to the adverts on BBC-America,
it is the mid-season finale for Doctor Who. Once I see that, then we can chat about River Song.

Btw, I have a big ol' girl crush on Alex Kingston :D.

She is one fine actress. Great in ER and other stuff I've seen her in.

River Song is Amy & Rory's kid? Didn't see that coming...not a bit.

Nearly blew my flippin' head off because of the red herrings they've been planting throughout the series. I thought they were married or something. There were strong indications of a romantic relationship, a situation that just doesn't fit with her being Rory and Amy's kid on the grounds that it'd be too weird.

But she's not the Doctor's kid. And she was conceived aboard the Tardis - which sounded like a really big deal (how I wish I'd taped this!) I want to see that one where she whispers in Tennant's ear and runs off, but he can't follow. His reaction was priceless...

I just had the weirdest thought:

What if Smith's Doctor marries River Song, they have kids and one of their kids is the parent of the Doctor's granddaughter, who we meet with Hartnell in An Unearthly Child, and it turns out that the whole thing is one continuous loop???? Huh, nudge-nudge????

But wouldn't it be cool if you'd correctly predicted it?

Ah, but there might be an award for correct predictions, you never know.

Have you any idea why River was in prison? I thought it was for murdering the Doctor.

That's what I thought. When she was about 4 - in a suped-up Apollo spacesuit - while her grownup persona and parents look on...

God, I love this show!

Yep, and... she regenerated later on. Why? What had killed her?

Remember the little girl in the alley who looked like she was having this orange light speckles coming out of her hands - like Idris had coming out of her mouth in The Doctor's Wife? What if River Song is capable of containing the Tardis Matrix because she's already part of the Tardis?

This is getting too odd even for me...

Yeah, but was she regenerating? The way her head jerked back suggested she was.
