188 and all is well....
Another bit of advice...don't eat the same things all the time. if you like ceral in the morning, get 4 or 5 boxes, and eat a different one each day. I like to do half one and half another.
Try variety in your lunch too. If you like lunchmeat, get smaller amounts of a variety, and choose ones that are smoked or seasoned. Tuna or PBJ are good choices too.

Back to 189...
I knew it was a bad weekend. + a lot of salty pistachio's and a plate load of pasta last night didn't help.
Oh well, I'll just have to refocus a little.
I know I can run wild a few days, and get right back on the program.

You're doing fine, ash! And you can run a wee wild and get right back!

Re: ashbow's weighty journal
It's great that you can veer slightly off course and then just resume. I am so VERY impressed with your attitude and will power!
Many times I can't stay focused enough to get back on track.
Once I veer- I think, "Well, I've blown it" and then just give up.
Lately- I've been pretty good about controlling my food intake- I'm still stuck on NOT doing any exercise. This is my biggest obstacle at this point.
I am hoping that when the weather warms a bit, it will inspire me to get outside a move.

189 Again!!!
I was really good this week, and I was expecting a couple pounds loss.
I am running out of February, and hope to at least lose a little more before that!

Re: ashbow's weighty journal
The last few weeks have been hard to keep focused on eating right. I gained a few pounds back while being idle due to colds running through the family and my boss deciding to retire from work.
I don't intend to look at the scale again for a month or so, but hope with the weather and longer evenings to be outside much more.

Sounds good, ash! The weather here looks like it's creeping into the low 60s
