The Orlando Bloom/Legolas Greenleaf Appreciation thread

I certainly did, and Jack is so adorable! It looked like Billy had Dom & Elijah for best men - which is uber cool.

That's true. That's why I thought it was great of him to take on the role.
The thing that has always bothered me, is the complaint that the principals are always cast too old. For cryin' out loud, you try finding a sixteen-seventeen year old boy, and a thirteen-fourteen year old girl that can handle the language!
I remember seeing the Franco Zeffirelli movie - three of us went together, all seniors in high school (btw, I was the only one who got to see Len Whiting's lovely derriere
- both my buddies had taken that moment to go for popcorn.) We just loved it, the whole thing - in fact, there was another group of girls, down front, who started crying as soon as they saw Len and Olivia Hussey appear, and didn't stop (we all had just finished reading the play in literature class.) Anyway, we were basket cases at the end. Those were good times
.
