These are in the order that I thought of them. Some are more favorite than others :)

1) The Earthling

2) Winterset

3) The Usual Suspects

4) Everything is Illumined

5) Dune (Director's Cut)

6) The Lord of the Rings *should count as one, I think*

7) The Petrified Forest

8) Dracula (with Frank Langella & Kate Nelligan)

9) A Christmas Carol (with Alastair Sim as Scrooge)

10) The Lion in Winter

2. The original Star Wars trilogy

3. The Patriot

4. Dances With Wolves

5. Whale Rider

6. The original Snowy River movies: The Man From Snowy River and Return to Snowy River

7. Nim's Island

8. Pride and Prejudice (the 1994 one with Collin Firth)

9. Finding Nemo

10. Phantom of the Opera

  • The Longest Day

OK, no particular order...

- The Lord of the Rings trilogy
- The original Star Wars trilogy
- The Batman trilogy (Christopher Nolan/Christian Bale)
- Pride and Prejudice (1995, although the 1981 version is almost just as well acted)
- North and South (2004)
- A Christmas Carol (with Patrick Stewart als Ebenezer Scrooge)
- The X-Men-Movies
- Roman Holiday (was on TV just yesterday...)
- Bringing up Baby (anything Katherine Hepburn)
- It's a wonderful life (no Christmas without this movie!!)
- To kill a Mockingbird (and anything Gregory Peck)
- The Searchers

Possible Genres :D - maybe? There's some cross-over, say, historical comedy, ala, the guys from Python, but this is what I came up with:
