He's always working - not that I mind. I'm supremely happy for him. Trouble is most of his stuff is on TV in the UK and it's hard to get a glimpse over here. There were a few nice souls who did post Under Milk Wood, Moonfleet and Cilla on YouTube - they were soon whisked away, but not before I got to see them :) . Cilla was wonderful; it was very well-written, and engaging - the Beatles, Gerry and the Pacemakers, Brian Epstein, the Cavern - it brought all that back to my then nine-year-old self. And Aneurin made me sorry that I never got to hear Bobby Willis sing :( .

Now, in March, there's a NatGeo film coming out called (wait for it)...Killing Jesus. He plays James, son of Zebedee (also known as the Great or the Elder) so as not to confuse him with James, son of Alpheus and James the Just (whom some believe to be Jesus' biological brother.) James the Elder is thought to be the first disciple to be martyred. Anyway, that's coming and I'll be able to see that with no trouble.

So far, I've been able to see all of his stuff except for

Elfie Hopkins, Cannibal Hunter (kinda speaks for itself)
The Citadel (for which he has gotten tremendous praise, for his performance as the agoraphobic, widowed father who is stalked by his wife's killers)
The Facility (drug-trial volunteers abandoned in lockdown - somebody's never going home again),
Mary, Queen of Scots (he plays Lord Darnley, all-around Elizabethan bad boy and father of the future James I of England - or VI, of Scotland), AND
Ironclad (it's not about the US Civil War submarines, but *spoiler* King John, and ending with his signing of the Magna Carta)

Earlier today, Aneurin tweeted this

He won't say where it is, but it's where he's working right now - wants us to guess...

I don't have a clue, but it's a safe bet it's in Europe. Czech Republic? Or Austria? Anybody know?

I've watched Ironclad on TV, and of course The White Queen and after that, Mariah Mundi, now I keep looking out for more. German "Cinema" magazine had an article about The White Queen (which will be re-running next week), and referred to Aneurin as somebody worth keeping in mind. :D We know that!

Ironclad is on another pay channel, so I have hope that it might move.

Btw, do you think you know what this building is?

I'm not sure, is it St. Paul's Cathedral in London?

Drubetskoy or Vladimirovich Galitzine? I haven't been able to find out.

Both are princes, but the first is fictional, a poor aristocrat and social-climber who marries money (reminds me a bit of Richard Rich in A Man for All Seasons), and the second guy was a real person (b. 1769- d. 1813, age 44) and not a nice sort, according to Wiki. Either one would please Aneurin, I think  .

I bought War & Peace, Crime & Punishment and Anna Karenina the day I found out we were expecting - one novel for each trimester of my pregnancy :D . They kept me cool all through that long, long hot summer.
