Postby Halasian » Mon Jul 09, 2012 5:19 am

Ernest Borgnine was a serious worker. Making movies and playing parts in TV shows right to the end. Rest in Peace!

Yep, another good one gone. I was surprised a few years ago when I found out he did the voice of Mermaid Man on SpongeBob Squarepants. Never saw Marty, his Oscar winning performance.

See Marty, Tom - he deserved to win for that. I hope they retire Mermaid Man (which means we'll lose Tim Conway's Barnacle Boy, too) but I can't imagine anybody else saying "EEEEVIIIILLLL!" like Ernest did.
